Here’s month six of the photo-a-day challenge from FatMumSlim! I’m just now posting June’s photos in mid-July, but it’s still earlier in the month that I posted the photos from May, I think… Maybe I can even get July’s out close to on time!
I’ve done a few other months here and there, and then gave it up for a bit, but I’m hoping to do every single day this year. It’s a big goal, but now I’ve got the first six months down and I’m working on the seventh! June makes 182 days done, 184 to go!
Here’s the “tl;dr” version, and you can scroll down to see the photos (and some commentary) larger!
June 21st: looking up… talk about timing! I went outside into my front yard to take a picture of the sky, and heard helicopters coming! (We live near a military base) Makes for a more interesting photo of today’s prompt than just clouds!
June 23rd: far… what I’ve driven since yesterday morning for the Washington Quilt Shop Hop!
June 30th: stripes… one sock monkey themed baby blanket in progress! I couldn’t resist when I saw the yarn, but since it doesn’t have an intended recipient yet, it’s been “in progress” for over a year, but at least I’m on the final section, now!
